ROUTH PIONEER CEMETERY
The "big cemetery" is the final resting place of roughly 200 individuals, many of whom were original settlers in the Richardson/Plano, TX area. Now surrounded by the Jefferson Reserve apartments, the Routh Pioneer Cemetery is open to the public from 8am to dusk.
ROUTH FAMILY CEMETERY
The Routh Family Cemetery sits approximately 350 yards north of the big cemetery near the Jefferson Vantage apartments. Access to the Routh Family Cemetery is reserved for descendants, although the public may view the cemetery from outside the fence.
ROUTH CEMETERIES ASSOCIATION
Formed in 1998, the Routh Cemeteries Association is dedicated to restoring and preserving the two Routh Cemeteries. Join the Association to help us preserve the history of Richardson/Plano! Scroll down to learn more and to become a member.
